Aloha all...

I'm going to start using the Artmails to answer email "what have you been up to" questions. Couchsurfing and couchsurfers will be the main focus of the photos in the Artmails. The photos will be current giving an indication of some of "what I've been up to." A lot of "what I've been up to" is being very comfortable in 15B, reading, and working on other projects when and how I choose...and my camera is put away.

When my hard drive went out, I lost the photos I took in Australia including the ones from Nimbin. of the future freakin nimbin store before Doug, the Wildduck, and partners started to transform it from the garage directly behind the telephone pole...

September 30th, Jim, a couchsurfer from Portland,Oregon, surfed my couch for one night until his family's timeshare was ready the next day.

As a successful inventor, Jim has opportunity to travel extensively worldwide. He's got stories to tell.

The next morning, he insisted buying me a local-style breakfast. We had Loco-Moko at Yumi's in Waimea, then I guided him to the Menehune Ditch and the Waimea Swinging Bridge.

I hosted Jessica, a couchsurfer from Austin, Texas from October 5th to 8th. I took the bus to the airport to meet Jess when she arrived...

She had rented an Island Car which I drove while she could sight-see and shoot photos. It was late in the afternoon so we started sight-seeing Saturday morning driving up to Koke'e Park, Waimea Canyon and Kalalau Lookouts.
