As I said, I haven't been taking many photos. Here is one that's pretty scary...Jeanne in her pirate costume:

Yesterday, on the 5th, when I was working to get online, Kolo came over to talk story. He wanted to play some ukulele, so I got the camera to take a photo.

I decided then that I would take some photos for this page of what I've been doing while working on the Purple Feather People. You can see PFP 09 in front of him. She's going to have a special place in the on-going PFP story. You'll see that blue band show up on other PFPs as they join her group.

Look at this mess of PFPs.

PFPs add color to stark surroundings. The make-shift table is a square of plywood resting on a cot. In the center of the group of PFPs is a map which shows part of Australia I plan to visit and do something with boomerangs. Here's a better shot of it. In the upper left is Tony B's tool box. That thing is heavy. That elephant clock that I was painting on last month sets the keeping time among some palm frond faces. That other framed face at the back was done by my son years ago.

That's about all I need when traveling. I'm going to keep a photo record of the PFP paintings. They are alive and will change through time (unless...). When I travel, I travel light so I end up improvising a lot when I'm doing my work. The below provides a quick way to get a progress photo of some PFP painting.
