I have been working at the computer most mornings and swimming by Tashi's in the early afternoons. Saturday morning, Jeanne came by and reminded me of the KMVH fund-raising event at Kekaha Neighborhood Center. She was going to be performing with a ukulele group about noon and then later, performing with a senior hula group. I took a break at noon and went to take some photos.

I looked in the box where I found the dried palm frond base that became Kanaloa and look who I found. Another dried palm frond base experiment from the last century. He's beautiful. I wonder how he will look when he gets his colors. I wonder if he is going to be some kind of a villain in the developing story of the Purple Feather People. Stay tuned to this station for further developments.
