I don't have any new photos yet for this Artmail. Monday, Tashi and I are planning to go up to Koke'e on a little photo safari. I'll add some of those photos in this Artmail later. Then I decided to get the box of old photo prints that I hadn't opened for years to find the photos of the floor in the Sandbox in Hanapepe on which I painted the designated dance floor as a sandbox. I haven't found them yet, but I did stumble onto this strange photo taken in 1993 of me with my camera by a friend. I'm jumping out of The Beam.

After Hurricane Iniki of September 11th 1992, the State of Hawaii closed all of the State Parks. I created a special camp site, just outside of Polihale State Park, but well hidden, which I used for about one year. Here is a photo of Ha'ele'ele Ridge from out in the ocean in December 1992 by Scott MacDonald. Notice the star that appears when the sun is just right:

It was raining Monday in Koke'e, so we went ten miles to Hanapepe. I haven't been there for months and months. There were a lot of changes. I'm going to put those photos in Artmail 145.
