It's the 18th at the Double-Burner Pavilion. That's the newly-formed Polihale G-String Band warming up in the background.

The photo of the cloud of black smoke that preceded the ranger raid photos was taken on the 15th two days before. Periodically a cloud of black smoke will appear in about the same place. I figure it is part of some military training exercise.

On the 17th. It was the day a navy security guard at PMRF said that he was shot by two locals wearing camo pants and black T-shirts. (It turns out...he shot himself??!? He was arrested for making a false report. It's a military matter, now). The search found the van.
