Here's the update: I am not going to begin the Circle Pacific package at this time. The main reason is because of the tragic terrorist situation in Bali where I wanted to visit and photograph comparisons with the photos of my 1978 visit there.
Now, I am tentatively planning on beginning the Circle Pacific package in April or late March of 2003. I will plan on being in Nimbin, New South Wales during the Mardi Grass Festival at the beginning of May. In the meantime, I will return to Kaua'i during the second week in November, and use my yet-to-arrive portable solar panels to power and recharge my notebook computer's batteries when at Polihale. I will be doing some painting of palm frond faces and will continue adding web pages from the past to my web site. I hope to have some homemade CDs of the web site archives before I leave for Kaua'i. I will probably put some CDs in my eBay store in case someone wants to check out the whole site and not waste download time. What is on the CD will be FREE on my web site. The archived web pages will eventually get edited and put into a consistant format. I will be doing it on the move, so to speak, while on Kaua'i.
My grand daughter, Lauren, paid us a visit with her parents last Sunday. Of course, I took some photos. She is really fun to watch and be around. She's a precious little angel. Check these out:
