I received my "new" camera and it is like new. The photos (snapshots) from now on are with my Epson 850z. Almost all of these were taken with the "full automatic" quick shots. (I haven't learned to drive it, yet. I want to see how the automatic photos turn out).
July 24th was Ilde's 26th birthday. Clifford, on his day off, picked Harmonica Greg and me up Saturday morning. I had made one of my potato salads the night before.

Every day some tourists who are inexperienced in driving on sand get stuck and need help getting out. Ilde went to rescue a honeymooning couple from Boston with Tom's pickup.

Yesterday, there was a knock on my door. When I opened it, there stood Henk from The Netherlands. He is a travel photographer who had won a trip with his photography 14 years ago. I met him and his son, Erik, at Polihale that year. I was painting boomerangs at the time and he took several photographs and later sent me some.
He and his wife, Elise, were at Polihale the day-before-yesterday. He saw Ilde there and asked him if he happened to know a man who made and flew boomerangs there fourteen years ago. Ilde said "That's Boomerang Art...he was at my birthday party here yesterday." He told Henk how to find 15B. It was good talking with him.
