Yesterday, I had some surprise visitors I haven't seen for a while. Here's a photo from Tumu Nu days in 1992.

Wally, Erica and I had been friends for several years already...campers at Polihale. Wally and I played many games of backgammon. I played some with Erica, too. Wally and Pirate Ray were on a bike ride out to the Westside. Erica graduates from high school and then turns 18 at the end of June. There's going to be a party and her "Aunties" and "Uncles" are going to attend. Here's a photo of Erica taken July of 2003 at Tashi's house:

So, I was happy to have her father and her "sometimes nanny," Pirate Ray, come to give me the news of the combined event. This is the first time they had been at 15B. Wally had his dog, "Bear," who rides on the back of his Harley. Anyway, here are some photos:
