Aloha all...

A lot has been happening, but I have taken very few photos. I have hosted Couchsurfer Shaunna, from Wisconsin, who has surfed my couch and camped some on the island. Shaunna's flight came in later than scheduled after dark. We picked up the Island rental car and drove straight to Kekaha.

Shaunna did some exploring to Koke'e and Waimea Canyon overlooks then checked out the Northshore and part of the Na Pali Trail.......

On the 18th, both Shaunna and I drove out to Polihale where she camped for two nights.

When I got to the highway, I talked story with Clifford who was on his way into Polihale.

On the 20th, Tashi invited us to her house for a 3-cheese lasagna and salad lunch.

This nice, tall cocopalm is going to be lost soon to the ocean's erosion.

One day, Tashi invited me for one of her special hollandaise sauce on crab with salad lunches. I took some photos of the erosion which washed away some of the Naupaka plants she had holding the bank.
