This page starts the September photos using my old digital camera. I will get back to Artmails 152b and 152c later when I have more time.
I received an email from a CouchSurfer named Deena last week when Doug was here. She knows Doug and had checked Doug's couchsurfing profile and saw that he was at Boomerang Art's in Hawaii. She was going to Maui for a vacation with her friend, Skye. Anyway, she and her friends Skye and Chris came to Kaua'i on the 1st. Doug was camping at Koke'e with Natascha and didn't know that Deena was indeed on the island. So, they picked me up and we went on an Art's Safari to Kalalau Lookout, Koke'e Park, and the Waimea Canyon Lookouts before going to Polihale for the sunset. I told them that if Doug was in Koke'e, we would find him.......
Shortly after Doug and Natascha left for Koke'e, Deena called. It was Sunday when her friend, Skye, drove us up the mountain and we found Doug. Natascha was hiking a trail. Doug had stayed with the car.
