It was the day that I started Purple Feather Person 50, the Wild Duck, commissioned by Doug from Australia. He picked this strangely deformed palm frond to be used.

I took only one photo of these two when camping at Kokee Park. The first Purple Feather Person painted was Number 5. Both of these have flown to Australia and now have a home in Wild Duck's Cafe at Rainbow Retreat in Nimbin, New South Wales.
