A Couchsurfer from New Zealand stayed in 15B. Jeff's ID is "Pinehawk" and he comes from Whitianga on the east coast of North Island. It's where Captain Cook first landed in New Zealand.

Lots have been leased in the Koke'e area and cabins or houses built on them. When the lease is finished, any houses or other structures remain with the lot. My understanding of the lot pictured below is that the owner of the beautiful house that was built on the lease, burned it down rather than leave it when the lease was pau.
