While at couchsurfing at Wildduck's Rainbow Retreat, I retreated from Artmails. I spent a lot of time on the veranda enjoying relaxing with nothing much to do.

I am going to continue my website in a different direction. I will not be taking nearly as many photos of local happenings on Kaua'i and specifically at Polihale. There have been plenty of photos from each month through five years. I will be taking a lot of photos of special events that I attend which will require a lot of editing.
I have been working on something else I was going to include here, but that will take more time. What I'm going to do is put photos of Nimbin before and during the MardiGrass Festival. On May 2nd I walked into the village of Nimbin so I could take photos when there was not a crowd.

I walked through the village shooting snapshots along the way. When I walked back through Nimbin, I snapped more shots from the other side of the street.
